e.g.2 Tanks out combi in which includes tanks out of loft, cylinder out, boiler out, boiler in airing cupboard, pipework reconfigured, flue fitted, powerflush to system, radio programmable room stat, all materials, condense drain, electrics and disposal of rubbish.(materials may vary on diferent jobs.) - £2400

All jobs vary as you can imagine but these are fairly accurate prices. add ons such as thermostatic radiators valves (trv's)etc will be excluded in these prices.

Bathroom installations
 
Tiling - £30 per square meter
typical bathroom swap including tiles off wall, make good walls if in bad condition, rip out old suite, install new suite in like for like positions - (suite comprises of bath, basin and toilet only) - £380 (suite not supplied)
